The Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a boy. The baby prince was born at 11.01am on April 23rd 2018, just hours after his mum was admitted to hospital. Kate and her new son are doing well.
The baby boy, who is fifth in line to the throne, weighed in at 8lbs 7oz. He is the third child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and a little brother for Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2. Charlotte is now the most senior royal female ever not to have a boy overtake her in the line of succession.
