The Queen is to become a great grandmother again. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have announced they will welcome a new baby this year. Harry and Meghan's child, a little sister or brother for Archie, will be one of three great grandchildren to join Her Majesty's family this year.
Just a few days ago, Princess Eugenie gave birth to a son. Her baby boy, who arrived on February 9th 2021, is the ninth great grandchild of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh. Zara Tindall will also welcome a new baby this year. And neither Zara nor Meghan have shared their due date meaning either of their children could be tenth or eleventh in the great grandchildren run down of The Queen.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared their news on Valentine's Day with a new photo showing Meghan is already well into her pregnancy. The couple sadly lost a baby to miscarriage last year. They welcomed Archie on May 6th 2019 and it's likely he will have his new sister or brother by the time he turns two.
