The tenth wedding anniversary of Felipe and Letizia

Ten years ago today, the Prince of Asturias married Letizia Ortiz Rocosolano at the Almudena Cathedral in Madrid in front of hundreds of guests, thousands of well wishers and dozens of members of European royalty.  Today, as they mark a decade of married life, the couple have kept the celebrations simple and posed for a special photo to mark the occasion while taking their two daughters to school.

The family look happy and relaxed in the photo with the prince and princess choosing navy and white clothes to match their daughters' school uniforms.  The family were also snapped leaving home to go to school and there are reports that the prince and princess will pose for another photo later today.  But the lasting image of Felipe and Letizia, ten years on from their royal wedding, is at the head of a happy little family.
