Princess Josephine had her first go at unveiling a plaque when she helped her father do the honours during a visit to Qeqertarsuatsiaat. And while her twin brother, Vincent, got one hand on the flag that revealed the plaque marking the royal visit, it was Josephine who did the main part of the unveiling - and looked to enjoy her latest job.

There was a first chance to tackle a greetings line by themselves for Prince Christian and Princess Isabella who got down to some serious handshaking on their visit to Nanortalik on August 2nd 2014.

Princess Josephine also tackled the royal greeting although she stuck to people her own age - or younger - and went for a gentle pat rather than a formal handshake.

On the same visit, Princess Josephine's big sister got some practice in picking up posies. Princess Isabella was presented with flowers on her arrival in Paamiut.

Prince Christian has already carried out several public engagements but as the eldest of the four children of the Crown Prince and Princess and a future king, he has taken part in more events on the tour of Greenland than his siblings. On August 2nd 2014, he accompanied them on a visit to Aalluitsup Island where he toured a church and a kindergarten.

But one thing these four young princes and princesses are used to - like their royal contemporaries around Europe - is posing for photos and there was plenty of chance for them to practice this skill again. From posing on yachts, during watercycling and back on dry land the Danish royal children have been calm and collected. And have added lots more images to a royal tour filled with royal firsts.
