Kate goes to Margate

The Duchess of Cambridge spent a day at the seaside when she carried out several engagements in Kent on March 11th. Kate headed to Margate where she spent some time at the Turner Contemporary Art Gallery meeting artists and touring the exhibitions.  She also saw students at an art class and joined in.

Then it was off to another contemporary arts organisation, Resorts Studios, which she officially opened before meeting artists.  It was a long day in sunny Kent with a walkabout thrown in for good measure as the Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed the early spring weather.  Here are some of the best photos.
