Madeleine is a mummy

Princess Madeleine of Sweden is now a mummy.  The princess gave birth to a daughter in New York on February 20th 2014 at 22:41 local time.  The announcement was made by the Marshal of the Realm.

The new royal parents - Madeleine of Sweden and Chris O' Neill welcomed their daughter on February 20th 2014

Mother and baby are doing well.  The new princess of Sweden is fifth in line to the throne - her name will be announced later.  The little girl is a second grandchild for King Xarl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia.
