Royal Wedding Series launch

This year marks five years since THAT Royal Wedding. On April 29th 2011, Prince William married Kate Middleton and the world's most famous sweethearts walked out of Westminster Abbey and onto the balcony of Buckingham Palace as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

So to mark this special anniversary and just because you can't beat a royal wedding, I'm starting a new series looking at, well, royal weddings. There will be posts about the dresses, the flowers, the tiaras, the cakes, the locations, the ceremonies and the history of royal weddings. And lots of lovely pictures too.
