The Royal Wardrobe: July sparkle

Things are getting quiet in the world of royal appearances. As summer holidays take hold, the number of regal days out is getting slimmer as everyone enjoys a well earned break after a busy start to 2016. But we still got a selection of style statements to enjoy in the past seven days - you can choose your favourite, as always, by taking part in the poll on the main page. It's all about sparkle and prints this week - here's the Royal Wardrobe.

Let's start with some sparkle. Princess Charlene of Monaco launched a boat in the week and chose a winner of an evening dress to do it in. The off white sheath with sheen finish dazzled in the disappearing sun of a July evening while the off the shoulder styling and sleek skirt made this a super chic statement and then some. Charlene looked stunning.

The Duchess of Cambridge served up some fashion fabulousness as she headed to Wimbledon to see Andy Murray win his second Men's Singles title there. Kate's pretty print dress with cap sleeves mixed up the colours in an understated way to provide an eye catching ensemble that cemented her stylish summer so far.

Queen Letizia went for a sparkling white dress for an award ceremony in Madrid in the week. The simple shape of the dress allowed the fabulous fabric to shine through and who doesn't love a pair of snakeskin courts to break up the block of white? Letizia looked lovely.

Crown Princess Mary of Denmark had to cover part of her print dress up as the summer holiday photocall turned chilly but that didn't stop the dress looking great. The green and white stood out against the pale background while the print was pretty and the skirt length right on trend. A magical mix from Mary.

One week, four looks - choose your favourite on the poll on the main page or add your own ideas below. It would be great to hear from you.
