Philippe makes his stamp on history

A new king, a new stamp.  Philippe of the Belgians took over the top job on July 21st and now, almost three months later, he's got his own stamp. The king appears on a Belgian stamp, as king, for the first time as of today and spent some time watching production ahead of the launch.  It's one of the perks of the job, having your head on the stamps.
