It's been a proper party season for Jacques and Gabriella of Monaco in the run up to their third Christmas. The royal twins have only just finished with their birthday celebrations (they turned two on December 10th) and now they've made their debut at the traditional children's Christmas party in Monaco.

With mum, dad and two of their cousins at their sides, Jacques and Gabriella were the stars of this year's festive show which took place at the Prince's Palace in Monaco on December 15th. The royal  doors are traditionally thrown open to children in the run up to Christmas.

Jacques had this one totally under control, strolling out and bothering a snowman. Gabriella wasn't so sure and after a few little wobbles and a cuddle from mum, she headed back indoors.

Monaco's royals traditionally welcome children to the Prince's Palace for gift giving and celebrations in the run up to Christmas Day. This year, Albert and Charlene were also joined by two of Princess Stephanie's children, Louis and Camille, to distribute presents.

The children were treated to appearances from Father Christmas as well as a show by a magician and party food. Well, it is Christmas after all.

And in the middle of it all were two little royals, one slightly more reluctant, chalking up another first. Jacques and Gabriella now have their royal Christmas debuts under their belts.
