George and Kate

We haven't seen that much of Prince George since his birth in July 2013 but all that is about to change as he heads to New Zealand and Australia for a three week tour with his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.  And ahead of the tour a vote on which of the four main images of the little prince taken so far showed him off best, it was the least formal photo of George which proved the most popular.  The most popular image of the Prince of Cambridge taken up to April 2014 was the photo of him gazing up at his mother after his christening.

The most popular photo of Prince George of Cambridge in the recent poll

The portrait, taken by Jason Bell, topped the poll with 43% of the votes closely followed by the newest image of the family which was released on Mother's Day ahead of the tour.  That photo, also taken by Jason Bell, won 38% of the votes.  A long way behind was the first official photo of the Cambridge family taken by Michael Middleton which got 11% of votes.  At the very bottom of this poll was the famous image of four generations of monarchs taken at George's christening which got just 5% of the votes.  Just showing that when it comes to baby princes, mummy really does know best.
