Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar of Sweden in a picture released to mark their country's National Day
It was only ever going to be all about them. As Sweden marked its National Day with a bigger royal family than it has known in decades, it was the younger members of the dynasty who stole the headlines. Estelle, Oscar and Alexander ruled today.

We knew there would be a photo of the future queen in national costume to mark the event and hoped she might bring her little brother along for this year's fun and no one was disappointed. Estelle and Oscar cuddled up in a series of snaps that upped the aah factor considerably.
There were some solo efforts as well with Estelle getting into the rural idyll vibe set by her cousin, Princess Leonore, on her visit to Gotland just a few days ago. Leonore met her pony, Estelle, went for a wander with some sheep.
Oscar, meanwhile, we keeping it very much in the three month old vibe by having a good old fiddle with his gums. The baby prince, who has made three public appearances in his three months, looked very much like mummy Victoria in the photos and rather calm and collected with it.
Meanwhile, the littlest prince in the Swedish Royal Family made his public debut and promptly slept through the whole thing.
Prince Alexander of Sweden appeared in the arms of his mother, Princess Sofia, and she and Prince Carl Philip opened the castle doors as celebrations got under way.
Sofia wore national costume, Carl Philip wore a suit and Alexander wore a nifty pair of shoes just visible under the blanket keeping him warm while he took a snooze.
And just to show that princesses grow up fast, Estelle joined her family in a carriage ride later in the day. The littler cousins stayed in bed but, just like last year, she got to ride in national dress through the streets, clearly loving every second.
